About Melinda Tupling
Melinda Tupling is a soul-led, heart-centred, trauma-informed practitioner of energetic medicine. She blends wisdom philosophy, mindfulness and multiple systems of kinesiology to guide women on transformative healing journeys. Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, retreats and public speaking, Melinda advocates for a natural, holistic approach to health, well-being and living in alignment with one's soul purpose.
Melinda's path has been shaped by both blessings and challenges. She has healed from anxiety, addiction and behaviours that once trapped her in cycles of stress, emotional pain and physical suffering. Her life took a profound turn when she stumbled upon a Universalist Buddha Dharma Centre nestled in the forest during a hike many years ago. This serendipitous discovery marked the beginning of a deeply transformative journey of personal growth and healing. For over a decade, Melinda has dedicated herself not only to her own healing and awakening but also to her role as a holistic practitioner committed to helping others heal their health, lives and relationships.
In her deep dive sessions, Melinda addresses core wounds, helping clients recognise how various adaptations and coping mechanisms, often formed during early childhood or at a time of trauma, continue to impact their health and relationships today. With a background in writing and filmmaking, Melinda understands the transformative power of story. She helps others unravel their narratives, shifting from lives dictated by coping strategies to a more compassionate self-understanding that allows true healing to occur. Through this work, clients courageously heal and reclaim their power. As trauma unwinds, their essential selves are revealed, allowing their lives to naturally unfold and blossom.
Melinda's work synthesises diverse skills, years of extensive and ongoing study in the realm of multiple streams of kinesiology, and nearly two decades of learning from Lamas, shamans, and spiritual mentors. Her dedication led her to living in service for two years, where she deepened her practice and understanding of the wisdom culture teachings—a commitment she continues to honour today by sharing these practices with others. With thousands of in-clinic hours and a decade of teaching, Melinda’s approach to health is truly holistic, addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of the imbalances that create pain, dis-ease, and suffering. Her offerings are intended to serve as a catalyst for healing, awakening and positive change in the world.
